Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) bag Heinen’s artisan organic penne rigate pasta
1 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
1 (8 oz.) package Heinen’s recipe ready diced yellow onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
A dash Heinen’s crushed red pepper
10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 (16 oz.) bag Heinen’s raw white shrimp, thawed
1 (16 oz.) tub Heinen’s classic lobster bisque
Fresh basil, for garnish
Heinen's grated parmesan, for garnish

Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft, for 2–3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink.
  5. Add the lobster bisque, stir to combine, and let it simmer for 5 minutes until shrimp are cooked through. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil and parmesan.
